SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Times
Most items are in stock or can be ready to be shipped within 3-5 working days. Other bespoke items could have up to a weeks lead time, although I will always aim to dispatch items as soon as possible.
Please note that if your order includes both in stock items and bespoke pieces with a longer lead time the items will be shipped according to the longer lead time. You can split the order if you’d like the ready to be shipped item sooner.
Feel free to reach out if you have any special delivery requirements though and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Delivery Costs
All orders are tracked and are the charges are as follows:

UK Shipping
Free tracked postage on orders £50 and over.
Orders under £50 are charged at £4.00 and are sent Royal Mail 48 hours tracked.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

International Shipping
Charges to Europe will be £10
Charges to rest of the world £15
International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country.
All our charges are based on the cost of posting with Royal Mail and on the packaging we use in order to keep your pieces purchased safe!
