REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons I do not offer exchanges on my earrings, however if you’d like to exchange any other items then you may do so within 14 days of receiving your piece of jewellery.
All pieces must be in perfect condition, unworn and returned to me at your own cost before an exchange can be given.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at marlojewellery@hotmail.com. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Where possible we may ask you to return the item for repair or we will send you out a replacement as soon as possible. Any return costs encountered by you will be reimbursed by us.
If a suitable replacement is not possible, a refund or exchange will be offered.
